Third Eye Vision, LLC is a certified minority-owned management consulting firm established in 2023 and registered in Minnesota. The firm serves clients in the education industry, government entities, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and private clients in the Twin Cities and across the nation.

The company was founded by Samuel (Sam) Payne, who owns 100% of the business and has over 25 years of leadership experience in the education sector. Mr. Payne possesses extensive expertise in school administration, policy enforcement, academic program development, project management, and partnership building.

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul
